We’re pulling this together through savings, family loans, and plenty of scrimping (I’ve been living in a bus for nine years to make it happen!). But we’re still stretching every penny.

We’ve only got six weeks to transform Peach Barns, and we need all hands on deck. Join one of our October volunteer weekends — jobs range from moving kit, painting, and fixing fences, to cooking, recipe testing, and making music playlists.

Volunteers are always welcome, and regular helpers get discounts in the shop. We're also hiring part-time staff.

We’ve salvaged and upcycled loads already (yes, I was spotted climbing into Mary Hoare’s skip recently — thanks Graham!), but there are still things we need.

On the list: chest freezers, picnic benches, display fridges, baskets, mugs, tea towels, plant pots, clocks, cutlery, artwork, and much more.

If you’ve got something gathering dust in a shed or attic, we’d love to give it a new life here.
